We are searching for a bad-to-the-bone Cisco Voice Engineer with broad involvement with Voice/Collaboration arrangements explicitly with Cisco items. Organization designing experience is an or more, yet the necessity is voice/joint effort designing. Applicants with experience working and building up a UCCE climate is a PLUS!

Specialized Skills (i.e., language, information base, applications, programming, equipment, accreditations and so forth)
Training
* BS, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Telecommunications and/or comparable conventional preparing or work insight. Experience/Skills
* Minimum 2 years experience engineer-level work with Cisco UCCE or UCCX (Contact Center Enterprise or Contact Center Express).
* Minimum 3 years experience in with Cisco CUCM and Cisco Unity Connections frameworks, to incorporate plan, execution, backing, and QoS/CoS arrangements.
* Minimum 3 years (or equal information base) work insight in executing and keeping up voice network frameworks as per Customer/framework necessities.
* Minimum 3 years experience working with requesting, executing and supporting dialtone and circuits including POTs, T1 and ISDN-PRI.
* Experience planning savvy voice arrangements that help business needs.
Non-Technical Skills
* Participate in creating time gauges for project plans.
* Document and convey relegated work and progress to prompt venture group and the board.
* Communicate issues or issues in an opportune way.
* Support the organization*s project the executives strategy, practice and approach.
* Must have solid aptitudes with the essential PC programming used to play out their every day obligations, for example Word, Excel, Visio, etc*
* Experience in undertaking the board and seller relations.
