Essential Skills: What is desktop support
• Should have insight into Desktop/Desk side help/Windows experience (Windows Based)
• Should have involvement with working in big business call focus climate.
Give equipment/programming/network issue determination/goal through phone/email/visit for client's end clients
• Coordinate and oversee associations with merchants and care staff that give equipment/programming/network issue goal.
• Administer and give User account provisioning.
• 1-2 years help work area, client care, and backing involvement in critical thinking including equipment, programming, and organizations.
• Phone uphold experience important.
• ITIL information on V2 or V3. Particularly on Service Desk, Incident, Problem, and Change Management
• Technical helpdesk or specialized call place experience is important.
• Disciplined, deliberate critical thinking aptitudes required.
• Hands-on work involvement in the accompanying:
• Windows Operating frameworks
• Clients: Windows7, Windows Vista, Windows XP, Windows 2000
• Servers: Windows 2000, Windows 2003, Windows 2008,
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange 2003/2007
• ITSM tagging apparatuses, for example, Remedy, HP Service Center, Peregrine Service Center
